I ordered a Footlong expecting a fresh meal, but instead I was served vegetables that looked and tasted rotten. The patty was heated, yet it was still cold from the inside. After taking a few bites, I completely lost my appetite. It honestly made me question the basic food quality and hygiene standards of this place. What hurt even more was the service. I had to repeatedly ask for vegetables to be added properly, but my requests were ignored. As a paying customer, I wasn’t asking for anything extra—just the food I had paid for. Instead, I felt unwelcome and as if providing decent service was a burden. People work hard for their money. Some families bring their children here thinking they will get a quick, fresh meal. Nobody deserves to spend their hard-earned money on food that feels stale, poorly prepared, and served without care. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I would genuinely advise others to think twice before visiting this location. I left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and regretting every dollar I spent here. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves, because no customer should have an experience like this.

Only go there if you wanna ruin your taste, money and mood all at same time. I’m never going back because i wasted my mood, money and taste for today.
