  This subway location has the best food and service ever. Always very clean. They do generous portion of vegetables if you ask for. This is to go place for our family.

  On a day out to Goderich we decided to get subs. I chose the CRISPY teriyaki chicken. Staff seemed muddled - doing part of the order then passing it along. I had a coupon which I presented and the girl behind the register rang thru my sub without the discount then added on the person behind me who was still choosing his toppings. When I queried the $25 plus charge she seemed completely confused and had to start again. Once we got to our destination I found my CRISPY chicken had nothing on it to make it so - guess I'll never know what that should have been. I believe that was a result of orders being passed from one person to another. I'll try somewhere else next time.

  Walked in, no other customers. One employee behind the counter, the other cleaning front of house. Start giving my order when another individual walks in. Turns out it's a door dash delivery person or similar and they didn't have what the person had ordered. Employee behind the counter stops making my order to help the delivery guy, who is on the phone for a couple minutes sorting out cookies. Annoying, but whatever. Then the other employee stops cleaning to help put together the door dash order. That's when I walked out. Customers in store need to take priority, especially if you've got two staff.

  The steak and cheese sub was just bits of fine beef particles and not very tasty, certainly not up to my local subway provider. The same goes for the Chicken teriyaki. As for the service, we'll on should ask how can you get that wrong. Simple, hate your job, and enter the incorrect information and try to overcharge.
