  It's as if the people who are cooking are using their own ingredients. The chicken and gravy never taste like KFC to me. The gravy was dark brown and very watery. So gross.

  service was slow, place is very dirty and unmanaged well. the crunch wrap triple double was dry and did not look like what its supposed to be, basically the original but worse..

  If I could give zero stars, I would. We’ve given this Taco Bell multiple chances over the years, and every visit seems to come with a new problem: incorrect orders, missing items, being told they’re out of basic menu items, and wait times that make you wonder if they’re preparing the food from scratch on a farm out back. The biggest red flag should have been how empty the drive-thru was. At first glance, it looks convenient. After enough visits, you realize it’s probably because people have learned their lesson. The recent renovations may have improved the appearance, but they did nothing to improve the experience. It’s the fast food equivalent of putting lipstick on a pig. Today’s visit was the final straw. We placed an online order at 4:28 p.m. for ASAP pickup. The confirmation email clearly stated the order would be ready at 4:43 p.m. We arrived at 4:44 p.m. and sat at the speaker waiting for someone to acknowledge us. When someone finally responded, we were rudely told that we had “just placed the order” and that it wouldn’t be ready until 5:05 p.m. Even after offering to show the email with both the order timestamp and pickup time, staff insisted the mistake was ours. It was painfully obvious nobody had bothered to check their ordering system before blaming the customer. We were then told to move along and come back later. Since waiting an additional 20+ minutes wasn’t an option, I requested a refund. I was informed rather aggressively that refunds were impossible and I would simply have to wait. Fortunately, a quick call to Taco Bell customer service confirmed that our order times were correct, acknowledged the mistake, and they processed the refund without issue. (Albeit we now have to wait 7-10 days to see our refund). With competitors nearby offering better food, better service, and basic accountability, it’s hard to see why anyone would choose this location. Avoid it unless you’re looking to waste your time, money and turn a perfectly good day into a frustrating one.

  I had a very unsettling experience at this location on the night of December 28, 2025. Despite arriving while the store was clearly still open, staff were extremely hostile, rushing to turn off the lights and forcing me out into the cold winter night. They claimed it was “holiday hours” despite the posted signage at the entrance stating otherwise. After locking the doors, the staff lingered in their cars and watched me while I waited for my ride. The entire interaction felt aggressive, unprofessional and slightly racist…I felt unsafe and intimidated. I would not recommend this location for late-night service.

  This Taco Bell is DISGUSTING!!! The garbages were overflowing, with no effort to change them. I have worked food service and I understand when it’s too busy to change a garbage but it was so slow!! The bathroom was so awful! There was mold growing on the ceiling above the sink, toilet paper all over the floor, poop splashed onto the sides and seat of the toilet, and had no soap to clean your hands from using the nasty toilet.. This Taco Bell needs to clean up! The cherry on top? the manager sat in his office the entire time.
