  I attended this Subway location last night to grab dinner, my total was just under $40 and I went to use $30 of points I have accumulated. The person working told me I needed to go into the app and order online. I proceeded to not only explain I’ve never had to do that before but also showed him online that I can in fact use my points in person at the store. He refused to allow me to use my points. I’m a single mom with boys who were just done football. I felt I had no choice but to pay full price despite having enough points to cover the majority of the cost. I felt disrespected, and backed into a corner in this situation.

  Very bad experience the veggies and sub was stale and bad and smelly and portions are soo little and when u ask to add more veggies which are free to add the guy becomes aggressive and confrontational and the owner and staff was so rude and bad very bad customer service i would recommend everyone to not come here unless u wanna get sick the owner is so rude and bad

  I often stop in the morning on my way to work as it is convenient and fast. The quality of the sandwich is always great along with the very consistent service each time. I'll continue to visit this Subway restaurant!
