  Subway is going down hill the app is horrible the people serving my food are disgusting didnt understand what I was saying when I told them the veggies were bad they still put them on my sandwich. The only reason I got the food was because my 6 year old daughter wanted it had to take the toppings off and throw away. They also only had white bread at 6 doesn't make sense this was horrible

  Placed and order through the app for 2 sandwiches. Arrived for pick up and food order was never recieved from restaurant (understand it's not restaurants fault) was handed a cell phone to speak to the manager (why is there not a manager on site?) and was told that my order will be refunded in 2-3 business days and hung up on me before coming to any resolution. Utterly embarrassing how the manager did the absolute bare minimum to solve this when I was willing to even pay for orders through the store. Handed phone back to the employee that handed me his phone and mentioned they deserved better than to work for somebody like that. Was going to just go on with my day until I noticed insects crawling in the "steak" and parts if the cheese... Not somebody that leaves reviews but this location needs a rebranding.

  Ordered food for pick up I got there to get it the girl tried to tell me I didn’t order a couple things even though she’s holding the receipt in her hand showing I did but her thumb was neatly covering the items she was trying to say I didn’t order ….

  A family run business that has been caught stealing items from local business in the town mostly women's items and reselling them they also own the Keswick subway and steal from that area as well
