  Employee has bad attitude. Constantly saying "next" "next" "next" while selecting toppings. It almost feels like they are being paid for each topping you select... There is no one else even in line behind you to even think they are rushing for the next order. Change your attitude, and try smiling.

  I ordered buy one get one free but they sent me only one foot long The staff is absolutely incompetent Four people are working at the store, working with eight eyes, yet they are not reading the slip to see what the customer has ordered and what we are sending them. 7 of clock 9 june 2026

  I would like to thank John and Anh for their generosity and kindness for our Nurses Week luncheon at Bennett Centre, Georgetown. The food was excellent and the staff really enjoyed the luncheon. Your staff was extremely efficient and friendly organizing the food for our event. We would like to extend our sincere thanks for everything you did, it was greatly appreciated. Your support over the last few years has been such a gift to us. We can’t thank you enough.

  Very bad experience worst sub i taste ever . They didn’t wrap our sub properly . Serve in rush . I didn’t recommend anybody to go there.

  This is my 2nd time ordering from here, and they messed it up again. Ordered in-app and I specifically requested extra sauces, but the food came completely dry. Had the same issue past time as well. I gave them another chance thinking it was a one-off, but clearly not. Very disappointing experience. Definitely not coming back.
