  Horrible! Bread is nearly rock hard, forgot to add my pickles, not enough sauce. Took too long. And overall they’re just a mess! I went around 12:10 and got out at 12:30!! Jill really needs to hire better people!! Couldn’t catch their names but that girl is as just horrible.

  Horrible experience today ordered online then had to go in and wait 20 mins and the order wasn't ready. They then screwed up so after returning the woman said to another employee she was going to resell it. That sub they screwed up was my parents. This will be reported to head office

  Disappointing visit. They had no lettuce and a customer ahead of me told me this is common. A sandwich shop should never run out of lettuce, it's a staple. The containers had frost on them, the rice was one frozen clump and veggies were freezer burnt. So my sub had no lettuce, frozen tomatoes, soggy cucumbers from being frozen. Also, they would not accept the coupons the customer behind me had - they used to accept them under old ownership. This branch has gone downhill and no longer represents what I expect from Subway. Btw, they have added pictures here that are not this restaurant, you cannot eat in.

  Assistant manager Kayla is the best. Sandwhiches are always perfect!
