  Absolutly terrible experience ordering food here. Ordered a simple order of flaming hot fries, popcorn chicken, and a drink. This took over 10 minutes. Upon receiving, the fries were just plain fries and they forgot to include the dipping sauce. I go back and let them know and am made to wait 15 more minutes for them to make new fries. Then am told they are out of dipping sauce. Incredibly unimpressed with the quality of service and speed.

  Order placed at 5:45 pm and I got the food at 6:31. Horrible service and a huge waste of my time. Others who ordered later got their food before I did. If you value your time do not come here.

  The staff is amazing, always nice and helpful. Great customer service they always pick up the calls!

  This place is very hit or miss. It is usually very busy, staff tend to forget items, cooks tend to not follow the food customizations. I was missing an item and when i went to ask about it, the cashier, before i could day anything turned around and grabbed the exact item i was missing. She realized the mistake but i doubt she would have tracked me down had i not stood at the counter and checked the order.

  This place is extremely slow. I'm literally the only person here and I can’t understand why it's taken 20 min to get one taco, one nacho fries supreme and a drink. Why??? The portions are so small compared to other locations. No napkins given either
