  Genuinely takes so unbelievably long for every order I can’t understand why. Every time no matter how empty it is, you will be waiting an insane amount of time for your order.

  Stopped in to grab late dinner. Our order was taken, non-issue with the food ordered. However the restaurant itself was pretty gross. We decided to eat in, and we could not find a clean table. We had to ask for napkins and use sanitizer to wipe down the seats and table. There were leftovers, crumbs and spill marks everywhere. Garbage looked like they were about to spill over. I understand the restaurant gets busy, but the dining area is important and should be kept clean for others to use.

  I won’t be ordering from here again through the app. I placed a preorder well in advance because I needed to be on time for work, but when I arrived, they had lost my order due to how busy they were. After waiting over an hour, my order still wasn’t completed. To make matters worse, when I requested a refund, I was told they couldn’t process one. Very disappointing experience, especially since the purpose of preordering is to save time and avoid situations like this.

  If you’re about to faint of hunger DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BRANCH!! I made an order at 10:00 PM and it got cancelled after two hours of waiting, they don’t answer the calls and they always mess up the order.. I made another order right after it and still waiting for another hour:)

  Went in to this location tonight to get a late dinner. Ordered at the kiosk and then sat down to wait. Dining room was empty, but every table was dirty with crumbs and spills. After waiting 25mins for our food, and our order being at the top of the list for over 10, went to the cash to check on our order. Upon speaking to the employee putting the orders together, they finally prioritized our order and we got it within a few minutes. They forgot the side order of spicy ranch, they gave us a regular snack wrap when we ordered the spicy, and on top of all of this, found a hair on my crunch wrap. This location is a disaster.
