  They sent me completely wrong items and did not put a single sauce packet. And even in the wrong items they used KFC fries instead of the ones Taco bell sells. Never order from this location.

  Food Nostalgia, food was done very quick. Although i could not understand what was being said through the screens but Good.

  This establishment is horrible! They don’t even sell water! They have coke pop and all these other drinks but refuse to sell water (unless I was lied to which I think I was)

  Consistency is key. And let me tell you this location is consistent. Their fountain drink dispenser is consistently out of one product or the other. Their washroom is consistently closed due to as they put it "not wanting to pay for a plumber to unclog the toilet". And they consistently get orders wrong, either items missing or the wrong item in the bag.

  I recently ordered a Cheesy Gordita Crunch Combo with beans from this Taco Bell through Uber Eats because I am a strict vegetarian. Unfortunately, I received a chicken Gordita instead. Since the taco was wrapped, I naturally started eating it without opening it to check the filling. After taking two bites, I realized it was chicken, which was extremely upsetting. As a vegetarian, this is a serious mistake and completely unacceptable. I called the restaurant to report the issue, hoping for an apology or reassurance that they would look into what happened. Instead, the response was disappointing. The staff member did not acknowledge the seriousness of the mistake, apologize sincerely, or mention that they would inform the manager or discuss it with the team to prevent it from happening again. Mistakes can happen, but how a business responds matters just as much. This experience left me very disappointed, both because of the incorrect order and the poor customer service afterward. I hope the restaurant takes food preference and dietary restrictions more seriously in the future.
