  Order was fine, but the lady making our sandwiches was absolutely miserable. The minute we walked in she barely looked at us, and just slammed things together and used phrases rudely like “what do you want!”. When we needed help with the scanner for a coupon she shrugged her shoulders and said “it is what it is.” and refused to help work the scanner. The experience was very unpleasant. I hope the owner/manager of this storefront reads this and takes into consideration of this review while scheduling their staff because if it wasn’t for this terrible customer service i would come back to this location, but the server just took this location right off my list. Such a shame to lose business due to a miserable employee when there’s others who would do the job happily for the income and bring you return customers.

  I stopped by after work at 11pm. The open sign was on, but the door was locked. Clearly they weren't actually open. Why leave the sign on if you're not open? P.S. The redesigned interior feels so depressing. It's like a prison cafeteria in there now.

  The brown girl working here is the worst customer service rep I have ever came across. Worst service, worst food, worst attitude. She kept rushing us the whole time. Repeated said “ANYTHING ELSE?” about 50 times while preparing 2 footlongs we ordered. No courtesy, went straight to the kitchen as soon she was done makin the order and kept blabbering loudly from inside the whole time. Never ever coming back to this location again.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. They sell stale and hard bread from overnight to customers when perfectly fresh bread is made. Attendant told me to wait 30 minutes for it to cool then 20 minutes of waiting he said he can’t serve fresh bread because of owner rules. Very weird and too expensive to spend money on stale bread. Ew.

  I went to this location for pickup online order and asked to use restroom. The girl was working there said this is not public washroom and denied to use. There was not any sign mentioned that this is not public washroom. This is completely disgusting rude behaviour including her attitude. Whosoever the owner of this subway, please take action. Timing was 8:30pm friday 29th May. This is why your restaurant rating is 3.3
