  We order online in order to save time.pick up time was 1.35 pm. We reach store around 1.42 pm it wasn't ready. However there were 4 people in person they served all of them but didn't start my order. Overall we had to wait 40 minutes after pickup time to get my order. Staff attitude wasn't right either

  This was possibly the worst fast food experience I've ever had. Both toilets, their toasting machine, and their soda machine were broken. What I wanted to have toasted had to be microwaved.

  Christina is very sweet and directed me to Ann to help me when the Subway app was giving misinformation and wouldn't let me order a specific sub indicating the store was our of stock for one of the meats when it wasn't. Am was wonderful and made sure we got exactly what we needed and helped me find a way to put the order through online and still get the benefit of my points as well as redeeming my cash reward on my account. She bent over backwards to please us. Last month Christina made our subs and went out of her way as well to go above and beyond. They are so pleasant and do whatever they can to please the customer. We went out of our way to specifically come to the Essex location because of this. The place was nice and clean and the food was fresh and delicious! We will continue to go back. This location is by far the best out of all of Windsor Essex County!!!
