  I was excited to try this new location. The staff weren’t rude or mean. However, not sure if less care could have been given to how the sandwich was prepared. I didn’t realize how much these little things affect the quality of the sandwich. It happens from time to time but it seemed like every step of the preparation was done with little care at all. It’s really unfortunate. I hope the staff can get some proper training.

  As of March 2026, Subway Canada is offering a "$7.99 Meal of the Day" promotion, which includes a 6-inch sub, drink, and side (chips or cookie). They told me I couldn't get chips. Apparently they cant read

  Ordered a roast beef sub for my dad. The lady started preparing it and was reheating beef pieces. I inquired and pointed to what looked like roast beef in another container. So she proceeded to make that. Upon checkout, I look at the receipt and it says brisket. I said I asked for roast beef and that I got charged something different. She said that’s what it is. She should have said when I ordered roast beef the choices are steak or brisket. Poor communication!

  whats the point of opening another subway in town when its worst then the other one gives you less meatball less toppings
