  I had an amazing experience at Mucho Burrito in Newmarket, and a big part of that was employee named Rushi. He was honestly the best food server I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a smile, was incredibly friendly and patient, and made sure my order was perfect. Rushi went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. He was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. The food was fresh and delicious, but his positive attitude and excellent service made the visit unforgettable. Employees like Rushi are the reason customers keep coming back. If you visit Mucho Burrito, I hope you're served by him, because he truly sets the standard for great customer service.   I always drive by this Mucho Burrito location in East Gwillimbury and wondered why it always seemed almost empty, so today I finally decided to give it a try. I ordered a double protein bowl… and after tasting the food and experiencing the service, now I fully understand! First, the food had absolutely no flavour. While my bowl was being prepared, I asked for sauce. The employee held the bottle and only one tiny drop came out because it seemed clogged with cilantro or something inside. She tapped it, nothing came out, and looked ready to put it back. I asked again for more sauce and once again got another tiny drop. By the third time I asked, I honestly felt awkward asking for something that should have been such a simple request. Eventually, I asked for sour cream too because the food desperately needed some kind of flavour. Then I got home and looked at the chicken in the bowl, dry, overcooked pieces that honestly looked like they had been sitting there for who knows how long. I added a photo of some of the chicken pieces I found in my bowl. For a double protein bowl, this was especially disappointing. What made it worse was getting to the payment screen and being prompted to leave a tip after that experience. After having to ask three times for sauce and receiving a bowl that was bland and disappointing, being asked to tip felt completely out of place. Almost $20 for one bowl and it was absolutely not worth it. Bland food, dry protein, poor attention to customer requests, and an overall disappointing experience. First visit and definitely my last. I won’t be coming back.

  This place had food was not fresh. Rice were very hard and the place wace was not clean. Washrooms were very dirty and smelly.
