But when I went in there were only 2 employees serving about a dozen customers and my online order hadn't been started yet. It was only an additional 10 minutes but it left me wondering what the policy is re: 'Online or Walkup Priority' and why there were only 2 employees during Dinner Rush on new coupon day. And then no drink lids for medium fountain drinks were available and i wasn't going to interrupt the big rush for a lid. Place seems understaffed and overworked at peak times.
- CLChelsea LustedJul 27, 20261.0Very sad that I have to come to this point Keira is her name shes a new employer there and I came and got subs she maded them there was hot sauce that I didnt ask for they were so black from being burnt in the oven there was almost no meat on the subs this is unacceptable subway they wont even fix the problem! Fo better subway
