  Honestly horrible the attitude that these employees have they get everything wrong and they don’t even apologize. They don’t do anything to make it up to the customers you ask for the manager they tell you no they never smile they don’t say hi. How are you? Just horrible Like I think you should maybe have a smile on your face when somebody walks in ask them how they are ask him how their day is like I get it. You don’t like your job but again you’re getting paid. It’s called customer service having customer service skills be nice to your customers or maybe just don’t work at all if you can’t be nice to your customers.

  service was pretty poor, watched the customer next to me get a way larger serving of veggies in their sandwich while the attendant I had gave me almost nothing.

  I’ve been here many times and have never had any problems up until this past week. On Monday, June 1st, I went in to get two six inch sandwiches. When asking for toppings, I asked for more tomatoes when only two were put on my sub, the woman put one tiny one. Then I asked for lots of cucumbers, she put 4. So I asked for more and she put two more. I continued to make my sub and when finished asked for cucumbers on the side. She then said “is it for this sub or the other sub?” I said no, it’s for this sub. She then argued with me that she could not do that. She told me she’s only supposed to put three cucumber slices on a 6 inch and that she gave me 6 which is enough for a footlong. She told me this is subway policy which is funny because I’ve never heard of this before anywhere. My son’s sub beside me only got lettuce and sauce on it, but I’ve literally never heard a subway worker say they are limited to the amount of cucumbers they can put. I wasn’t asking for anything crazy. Just a few extra cucumbers… Since there is a location not far away down the street in Dundas and another up further on Main St W, I will avoid this location and go to the others when I feel like having subway.
