  Super rude Manager/Owner I was getting subway and the guy is not even making my sub but I asked for an item and I understand if my server tells me it's going to be extra but this guy jumps in and tells oh .. it's extra I was like dude like really I know it's not the first time getting a sub absolutely disgrace may be he did it because Iam Indian and I m going to complain to subway corporate too it's so sad why if I m buying so many things u think I won't pay for an extra come on ? Never saw anyone ask a Canadian the same thing I didn't want to create a scene there but now I feel I should have and iam going to take this to corporate office and get a reply back it's not done we are not done ( Owner/Manager) also look at other comments the staff and management or owner at this place is here to make a quick buck but not provide good experience

  Visited this Subway location recently and unfortunately had a disappointing customer service experience. The food itself was good, but the staff came across as very unprofessional and rude. I greeted them multiple times while entering and leaving, and received no response at all(the guy with thick mustache) Good food is important, but customer service is what makes people want to come back. I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I hope management works on improving the overall customer experience.

  Date: 21 April 2026 time 9:15 to 9:25 pm 1. Wasn’t welcomed properly by the Asian girl was told not to stand near the front counted and must sit while they prepare my mobile order 2. The Asian girl pretented not to listen with her back towards us even after calling her and saying excuse me pls multiple times, when I had a query about my order 3. Wanted to dine in but was blatantly denied by the Asian girl at 9:23 pm saying they have to close the restaurant and wipe the tables even though the door sign said they close at 10pm. I said I’ll just take 10 mins to eat and be on my way to which she just said a straight no! At 9:23 pm!!!! I was forced to eat in my car whereas I just wanted to enjoy a sandwich in the restaurant and be on my way. Food 5/5 Hospitality 0/5 Disgrace to hospitality!   I ordered a veggie salad it was a online order, the portion size was less than half a bowl and added wrong ingredients, also quality of the ingredients was not fresh.Not happy

  The vegetables were not fresh. Lettuce was all brown, cucumbers dried out. In the end I got a sandwich with no vegetables.
