  Very disappointing experience at Subway. I purchased a meal with a fountain drink instead of a bottled drink. I first filled my cup with 7UP, but it did not taste good, so I went back and filled the same cup with another drink. The employee immediately told me I had to throw it away because refills are not allowed. The problem is that there was no sign or notice anywhere saying “no refills.” If refills are not allowed, why is the fountain station left outside for customers to use themselves? Instead of handling the situation politely, the staff showed zero customer service and wanted to waste a full drink instead of understanding the issue. Very poor experience.

  Just nasty. Dirty, hard bread and stale toppings. They don’t care. Don’t go here. Makes me sick to think of this dump. Gross!!

  Wish I could give zero star, this is worst subway in the universe probably worst sub restaurant ever created by human beings. The workers are incompetent and unable to understand simple directions. The turkey tasted like it was from Covid. The bread was dry and crusty. The workers also have hearing issues, you must repeat the order 5 times for them to understand. Do not recommend at all. Hope it shuts down tomorrow.
