    Very upset with customer service. I frequent this subway a lot and I’m very disappointed, I’ll never be back. I put in an order through the app and got a message it didn’t work and to do it again. So I did. I then realize my bank account was charged twice but the app didn’t show the order went through. I went in and showed the employees that I was in fact charged twice and if they could just make the meal and I was told no and had to wait 48 hours !! I’m sorry what! You took my hard earned money and won’t give me food that I paid for. And I’m sure I’ll never see this money back.

    Worst food ever gotten from a subway. Avoid this place! waste of money. Neither there was enough quantity nor quality in what they little they gave me. Worst experience ever.

    Ordered delivery through the subway app (first time using the app for delivery, second time overall). Charged on my credit card by subway. Third party delivery (totally understandable) through DoorDash. App not updating for ETA on delivery for approx 15 mins, called store. They said the driver picked up already. Exited app, re-opened, see that order shows as delivered 12 minutes prior to my call to the store. Called store back to ask when it was picked up, apparently 5 mins prior to my first call. Still no driver. Advised to call DoorDash for a refund, but subway is on my statement and subway is the app I ordered through. DoorDash driver shows up approx 10 mins following my 2nd call to store. Driver advised they picked up food approx 5 minutes prior. Order is not correct (not toasted, toppings added that I certainly would not have asked for). In store experiences have been ok, not wonderful, but certainly advise against ordering on the app from this location.

    Tonight, my friend placed a mobile order for subs for us. I ordered the same as I always get, and as always, no lettuce because of dietary restrictions….it is just something I cannot chew and swallow. Subway has always been consistent, until tonight when I found lettuce hidden on my sub! Needless to say I found the lettuce when I choked on a piece of it. We returned to Subway to request a refund as I am not going to eat now after that ordeal, and the employee continued to insist on remaking my sub. Eventually she called someone, who I assume was her manager, where they spoke on the phone in an entirely different language. She ended the call over the top apologizing to him and processed a cash refund for my friend. Highly disappointed in th service, and although a refund was finally given it shouldn’t have been that ordeal.
