  It was night time about to close. Great spot to have a sub if you're hungry while traveling from Toronto to Kingston, Ottawa, Montreal, or Quebec city.

  Today i came here to buy veggie patty. The guy refused me to give patty even thoug i have bought in past many times. I like your sub but many time you gave me very hard bread thats why i dont like it.

  I ordered two footlong sandwiches online and went inside to pick them up. There was only one customer in the store and three employees working (one girl and two boys). I politely tried to give instructions regarding my order, but one employee rudely interrupted me and dismissed me. Despite having enough staff and very few customers, no one made an effort to help. The girl employee just stood there while the two boys worked together on one order. The customer service felt disrespectful and unprofessional. I’m also disappointed with the food hygiene standards I have attached a picture showing how the food was being prepared. I don’t expect this kind of service and experience from a reputable chain like Subway.

  Had an amazing experience at Subway today! The food was fresh, perfectly made, and the service was outstanding. A special shoutout to Bhavin for being so friendly, professional, and welcoming. He made sure everything was perfect and served with a smile. Customer service like this truly makes a difference. Highly recommend this Subway location! 🌟🥪
