We accidentally placed a mobile order for this location meaning to place an order for a different one (We are hours away). So we called very promptly within a few minutes as we noticed our mistake quickly. The call was made 15 minutes before we were supposed to pick up the food (order placed at 8:06 called at 8:10, pickup was 8:25). We asked they not make the food and inquired about a refund. We were very rudely told that It was impossible they already made the food. Would not be upset enough to write a bad review if the employee was at least nice about it or sounded understanding. I also am concerned if they actually made our food so early it would have been cold when we picked it up anyway.

I've visited hundreds of Subway restaurants, and the service here is by far one of the best. Elijah is outstanding—he truly cares about his customers and consistently provides exceptional service. His professionalism and positive attitude make every visit a great experience.
