Between 7PM to 9PM you can order online and pick it up through a tiny window but you can't order inside. What in the hell is this garbage? Does Carleton Place have a severe violence, guns, or general crime issue? Is this Detroit? Why would I order in my car outside the store? And why would I give you money to receive a sub I have to pay for before I see if you ripped me off with the toppings, gave me the wrong sub, or spit in my sub? Absolutely stupid.

All subways are the same; nothing crazy special about them. This one is difference because of an employee named Christine. She was so nice!! I never tried the hot honey sauce before, so she proceeds to put some on a cucumber so I can taste test it. She noticed the lettuce wasn’t fresh looking, so she replaced the entire thing before continuing to make my food. Her exceptional customer service made me want to stop and write about my experience. Thanks a lot Christine!

The online menu features "chef-created" subs. If you are going to offer them, you should probably train your staff to know what they are. It has been 3 times now that staff had no idea what was supposed to be on a chef-created sub. This time, I was even missing components.

The service was excellent, and the food was both fresh and delicious.

  Rude staff and no hygiene.
