  Not happy with the service. The staff didn’t suggest me any deal. I was trying to redeem deal but it was applicable on my order but there was another coupon which the staff would have suggested me and got it redeemed for my order. Not a good service. No smile and just felt like they were tired. I hope staff starts recommending the deals according to the order.

  Terrible experience at this Subway. The guy serving was very rude and did not provide respectful customer service. The food-safety practices were disgusting. Staff were not changing gloves properly. They touched the POS/cash area and other dirty surfaces, then went back to touching food with the same gloves. This is very dirty and creates a serious health risk for customers, including kids eating there. This location needs proper staff training immediately for hygiene, glove changes, food safety, and respectful customer service. I did not feel safe eating the food after seeing this, and I am filing a complaint with the health unit so it can be investigated.

  Staff had no care when making the sandwich. Uneven placement. Put all the fixings in the middle of the sandwich. No attention to detail just trying to make the sandwich fast and get me out the door. Find another subway don’t go here
