  There has not been a single time that my order has even been started when I order on the app. I’m left to wait up to 15 minutes sometimes. What is the point of ordering on the app?

  Appeared to only have maybe 2 people working at a rush hour. Waited a long time before going elsewhere. Another time I came here it was the same thing, waited about 15 minutes for food.

  I had a great experience at KFC Taco Bell. The food was fresh, delicious, and prepared quickly. The restaurant was clean, and the overall service was outstanding. A special thank you to Arshdeep Kaur for her exceptional customer service. She was friendly, polite, and very welcoming. She made sure my order was correct and went above and beyond to ensure I had a positive experience. Her professionalism and positive attitude truly stood out. I highly recommend this location for both the quality of the food and the excellent customer service. Keep up the great work, Arshdeep and the entire team! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I had a really good experience at Taco Bell today. The staff was honestly one of the best parts of my visit. Everyone was very friendly, polite. The food was fresh, warm, and tasted great as always.

  We tried ordering two luxe combos and the lady messed the whole order up and when we told them that they called us rude, we never yelled, we never said anything rude, we were making sure that they weren't giving us beef because we can't eat beef but this happened everytime, if they can't take accountability for making the mistakes and then calling us rude after we went to tell them the mistake that says a lot about them and their customer service. They have a beans option for a reason not everyone can eat beef and taco bell never charges extra for that and to make us feel worse they always say we do it for you specially but in reality they do it everywhere so they are lying too. They weren't trying to even understand us and kept defending themselves without actually listening to problem. when we order beans they always don't like it and will charge us extra and or mess it up, this has happened to other people we know too. Never going here again genuinely one of the worst experiences, makes sense why the ratings aren't high here...
