  I really don't understand why they are so stingy with toppings. My daughter is 4 years old, I order her a 6" turkey sub with no cheese, and ask for lettuce and extra extra cucumbers, i tell them my daughter loves cucumbers. They put 4, FOUR... cucumber slices, I ask for more. They put 2 more, ask for more again, they put 2 more. I also ask for extra sub sauce because she loves the sauce. She likes to have a cucumber in every bite of her sandwich, so half way through eating her sandwich at the food court she runs out of cucumbers and sauce. So I go back and tell them I want to buy just a small thing of cucumbers and sauce. They tell me they don't sell it, but can give me for free either one veg, or one sauce. I said just a very tiny sauce container with a few cucumbers would be perfect. They go in the back and come back and charge me $4, receipt says I bought a drink, but they gave me a paper bag with about 10 cucumber slices and a tiny Dixie condiment cup half full of sauce. I have an upset toddler and now paying $4 now just because of how stingy they have become with the ingredients. It's not like I was asking them to overload the sub with an unreasonable amount of toppings. This is just feeding a 35lb 4 year old girl who loves cucumbers. I went back and was willing to pay for extra cucumbers because I have to take care of my child. But this experience makes me not want to come back and buy a sub again. It's bad business. The $0.06 cents worth of cucumber you save ends up costing you a customer and earning you a negative review.

  What an experience! Who says service is dead? Kamalpreet was welcoming and inquisitive, making me feel at ease from the moment I approached the counter. We engaged in casual conversation, shared stories, and reflected on our day. All this while delivering a fantastic meal and an even better experience. This surpassed some high-end bars where I enjoyed a few pints. Keep it up, Kamalpreet. You are a shining star! 🌟🙏

  The customer service at the Cambridge Mall location is great. I was having an “off” day and it took me a while to decide what I wanted…Kamal was patient and didn’t make me feel rushed or anything negative. Thank you.

  Girl working today was not very polite and also made my sub in an odd way, sauce on top of the bread instead of veggies, didn’t greet me, barely even said a word
