What a pathetic customer service. The lady working on Friday, June 12 at 8:45 pm was so rude and horrible. I ordered 3 footlongs. I just asked if our order was ready. She yelled at me and asked to stand aside. Then she again yelled at me when I asked if she can add extra onion. She needs to learn customer service. Very very disappointed. I’m never coming back. Never ever.
Owner of this place needs to look into this matter seriously.

Worst location I've ever been to. Staff ignored us upon entering. Does not participate in the meal of the day offer.

Staff is always miserable and unpleasant to deal with, management needs to be fired & there needs to be a new owner who hires locals.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. I walked in ready to place an order, but instead of being served, I was told to wait while staff cleaned the windows. The cleaning did not appear urgent or necessary, and it was frustrating to see customer service take a back seat to a task that could have been done later.
As a paying customer, I expect to be acknowledged and served in a reasonable amount of time. Being asked to stand and wait while employees focused on window cleaning gave the impression that customers were not a priority. Apparently common sense is now rare. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression, and I will think twice before returning.

I want an option for negative review here. I visited store and had few offers on the app so asked staff if they can accommodate that but they said no will have to order it through the app. Hence I had to order online. Even after getting the order notification the staff was not paying attention as the order was saying that it should be ready by 8:30PM. I requested that I am in hurry and if you can provide the order at the earliest would be really helpful though they said that you should wait, you shouldn’t say this to us in front of other customers as we also waited for you. The order says 8:30 so we have enough time. Waited for me?????? I didn’t hold you from doing any other job. When you are seeing the situation and still behaves like this is not acceptable. Her name was Preet. The order number was FE2A6093-8A.
