  Scammers..Never go to this place. I asked for Sub of the day deal. Sub of the day was Teriyaki chicken. After she prepared the sandwiches, told me that they don't participate the promotion and asked for 38 Cad for 2 sandwiches. Stay away this place. Try to rip of the customers.

  Told the girl how to make the sub and she got into a argument with me. Told me I was wrong and still did it her way ie toasting my sub. Then proceeded to tell the other girl in her own language. Really you dont talk about some one in a different language because you cant tell them to there face. Worst place ever. Never again

  Employee refused to serve me at 9:18 pm because they close at 9:30 pm and she didn’t want to have to clean anything else so that she could leave at exactly 9:30 pm. After refusing us service, she then asked the customers eating at a table if they were done yet because they needed to leave so she could lock the door. This location regularly locks up or won’t serve customers 20 minutes before closing so they can get out of work faster. DON’T SAY YOU’RE OPEN UNTIL A CERTAIN TIME IF YOU DON’T SERVE CUSTOMERS UNTIL THAT TIME!!! So much for customer service. Glad you’re turning down sales in favour of getting home 5 minutes earlier. Frankly disgusting service.

  I went to get subs today and the girl with a blue jays shirt on kept rolling her eyes the whole time and the rest of the staff was unwelcoming as well, I’d recommend going to the subway located on Hespler road instead they’re way nicer for sure
