  The employees don't know the ingredients on their own subs. Ordered a chicken rancher, which COMES with bacon. Had to argue with the employee who said we'd have to pay extra for the bacon. I order this sub every time and I've never had to pay extra for the bacon.

  Rarely do i write a negative review. I just ordered 2 subs 1 6 inch and the other 12 inch both great canadian subs. I ordered double meat on the six inch. The server put double on both which I didn't ask for. I decided to not say anything as she was moving fast and didn't have care in the world what I wanted. She seemed like she didn't even want to be there. I watched her put the proteins on the sub and noticed that it was not correct in the amounts. Again I didn't say anything. Then when the cheese was placed I finally asked about the proper portions of cheese. She did show me that they were correct in the amount but they were not separated and her response is quote "it is there i don't have time " Every time i attend this location which is generally a few times a month her service is awful and makes me feel awful and unwelcomed. I have never been rude disrespectful. If it were not the fact that myself and wife like subway once in a while i would never go there. I gave a 2 star for the food not because the food is bad, my sub was awful because of the way it was made and the service i was provided. It will be a while before I go back.

  Manjot provided excellent customer service. She was very friendly, polite, and professional, and made sure everything was done perfectly. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out. Great service by Manjot — she definitely deserves recognition! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  The lady there kept rushing us, and wouldn't listen properly. We said turkey on 2 and tuna on 2...she put tuna on all 4 Wrong ingredients on all four, as we were picking up 2 subs for my kids & i was reading off my phone the toppings...i didn't notice her putting tuna on all. We got there 15 mins to closing after having a long day....subs do not actually take tooo long to make really....but it seems she was more about closing up then proper customer service regardless.
