  Did not have any of the items I asked for (which are literally on the menu on the Taco Bell website, even when you filter for this location specifically). When I asked about why they wouldn’t have it when it’s on the menu for this location on the website and it’s all the same ingredients that are in other items, the cashier very rudely said “well this is a mall food court” but I literally got these same items from another mall food court not long ago. He made it seem like I was making these items up, saying he had “no idea what I was talking about”. Disappointing.

  I wish I could give a 0 star. I came to the taco bell at the Mapleview location July 21st. They close at 9:00pm, and I came at exactly 8:20 and the girls working denied me service saying they were going to close early and had “nothing left”, even though there were several people before me who had their order through. Im very confused as I came in 40 minutes before close and got denied service. I do not understand how employees can decide to close the store early and claim they have “no food left”, when I can clearly see other people waiting. I know this taco bell is connected to a KFC, but I asked the others waiting for their food what they had ordered. All of them were waiting for taco bell. Very disappointed as I was getting these meals for my little siblings.

  Taco Bell in Canada does not want customers. This taco bell tried to charge me $3.49 for a cup of water??? I ordered food for 2 but neither of us wanted a soft drink. She actually said, ‘I only charged you for one water’.
