  July 30th 2026, I had the most mind blowing experience of my life as a paying customer. I was told today that I wasn’t allowed to ask for extra vegetables, on my vegetarian sub… Not only was this totally unexpected, but how are you going to assume, I won’t pay for what I’m asking for? Very rude and I’m very disappointed. I expected way higher standards from subway, and will not be returning.

  Three people working, no other customers but somehow it still took the 2 front workers 10 minutes to prepare a foot long and a 6 inch.

  I placed an uber order…. Disgusting experience… bread isnt grilled and the sauces and vegetables isn’t even inside the bread 😒

  Not sure if the lady on shift was new but she kept looking at the man working with her for instructions whenever I asked a question. They both just lack comprehension, I didn’t find them disrespectful just think better training is needed. Subway has a sub called the avocado smash and I asked for that, when reading the description the sub comes with 2x Canadian cheddar cheese, maya and avocado. Long story short the girl wasn’t making the sub right so I asked what’s the point of that sub I could have just ordered a regular turkey sub then if there is no difference she looked at the guy and the guy said I have to ask for extra cheese. Makes no sense to me but that was the end result.
