  don’t like leaving negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. I stopped in around 10:40 p.m. while the store was still open according to the posted hours. As I walked up, it felt like the employee was trying to lock the door before I could get in. I had just watched another customer leave with his order, so it was obvious the store had been serving people moments before. I was first told the debit machines weren’t working. No problem—I said I had cash. Then I was told they couldn’t add up the total. Seriously? A calculator exists. Round it up, add the tax, and take the cash. That’s basic business. After that, I was asked what I wanted, so I ordered two 12-inch subs. Then I was told, “No, that’ll be more than $40,” which is simply not true. At that point it became obvious that they just didn’t want to serve me. Every explanation changed, and every excuse contradicted the last. The entire interaction was unprofessional, dismissive, and a complete waste of my time. This isn’t the first disappointing visit I’ve had here, but it will absolutely be the last. If your posted hours say you’re open, then serve your customers or simply be honest about why you can’t. Making up excuse after excuse is unacceptable. I won’t be back, and I can’t recommend this location to anyone. Do better.I’m

  Generally satisfied with the food however their posted hours on Google has them open till 11pm. I went at 10:02pm and it was closed. Not for the first time. Not sure if they just close when they feel like it or they need to update their hours.
