  I live in the area and go to the place often and i've always received excellent service from the employee's here including today But I noticed there was only one employee working the entire restaurant today. I understand staffing issues my arise, but I was concerned about the employee's safety and well-being. Having a single person responsible for taking orders, preparing food, handling payments, cleaning, and managing the store can create unnecessary stress and may also present safety risks if an emergency situation or difficult customer shows up As a regular customer, I appreciate the hard work your staff puts in, and I hope you will consider scheduling additional coverage whenever possible.

  Very disappointing experience. I had just walked into the store, and before I even said anything or placed my order, the employee immediately told me the washroom wasn't available. I hadn't even asked to use the washroom. It felt unwelcoming and like they made an assumption about why I came in. Customers should be greeted respectfully instead of being judged. This left a really bad first impression.

  Picked up an Cold Cut combo on a Sunday at noon ... Lettuce was brown and only remains left in the serving container ... Same with the tomatoes only a few old wet ones in the container :/ ... Moreso and thinking about it, as she put the pre sorted cold cut combo layer on my sub, she quickly took it away and replaced it with the next later down, as the meat seemed a little brown :// ... Time will tell when I open it up ... Here's hoping

  Huge Subway fan, kind of a guilty pleasure, but when I got my usual order, not only was the food disappointingly tasteless (I can even explain it, there was just the barest hint of flavour) but after only being able to eat half of a 6 inch, I was… explosively sick for the remainder of the evening. Do be careful out there! (P.s. My order is the simplest thing, just turkey slices and some veggies.)
