Worst experience ive had and was looking forward to having a great burger as it always is a five guys, but i dont know it was total trash, staff arguing behind the counter messing up and not caring, very disapointed, never going again, burlingtin mall location
Very disappointing experience.
I ordered through the app during the 1+1 burger promotion starting September 16 and entered the promotional code correctly. However, when I received my order, I was given only one burger.
I explained the situation to the staff, but instead of trying to help, the employee simply said, “I only gave you what was on the order,” and acted as if it wasn’t their problem. The attitude was extremely rude and dismissive.
I asked if I could cancel the order, but I was told that wasn’t possible either. Only after I said I would make a complaint did they finally give me the second burger.
I understand that app or ordering issues can happen, but the way a customer is treated when there is a problem makes a huge difference. If the promotion doesn’t work properly through the app, it would be better not to run the promotion in the first place.
I eventually received what I was supposed to receive, but the experience was unnecessarily frustrating and left a very bad impression.
Amo Five Guys! Es mi lugar de hamburguesas preferido
What has happened to Five Guys you are heading down the road of the same mistakes, Tim Hortons made. This is the second time in the row that it be absolutely horrible. I should have know when I was hand my receipt and you could see there was disappointing that I did not tip. My burger came out, barely cooked. The old crispy smash burger did not appear on my bun.
It time that fast food restaurant asking $14.67 for a burger should not expect a tip.
They give you 2 paddies on hamburger only need one was not asked if wanted one or two. Fries were excellent and way more than you need. Very expensive burger fries and drink over $26
