Every experience is an opportunity to learn and grow, and I truly appreciate the professionalism, respect, and understanding shown by your staff. Special thanks to Kulbir, whose willingness to communicate and resolve the situation positively did not go unnoticed. (Apologies if the name is slightly misspelled!) On top of the great service, my Veggie Patty sub was excellent, reflecting the genuine effort your team puts into providing good food and a positive customer experience.   Just wanted to share recent experience at this subway location. I ordered thru the app around 1 AM, and i did delivery option. Little did i know that there were no delivery drivers available at that hour. The crew of this location handled the situation very professionally, they went above and beyond to deliver my food after their working hours. Kamal, their amazing team member delivered my food at 2 AM after his shift was over. Not just that, the manager did a great job too, i recieved response via email even after the situation was resolved. This location is doing the best at customer service. I would give them 100/100 stars if that was an option.

  Staff added so much salt to my sandwich that it was completely inedible. It felt like they treated salt as a vegetable.It was also drowning in sauce, making the bread totally soggy.
