  Shootout to Teisha! I've been coming to this subway for quite sime years now. Many years ago I managed a subway (different province) At this location in the past i've had to walk out when I see an employee fail to wash hands or change gloves after touching their face or money etc. I've seen some employees push responsibilities onto other workers and make them do it all when theres a lineup. But whenever I go in and see Teisha I feel relieved, because ive seen her do things the right way, multiple times. And because of this, I dont feel the need to watch the employees so closely. She's earned my trust. For context, I can't name a sigle other person who works in fast food, but Teisha's name was worth learning.

  So I ordered online through sub app and they all the detail of my topping in sub but when I got the order and I ate it.. seems like alot of topping missing in the sub which I asked for. Moreover, I am allergic to meat so the black girl who is making the sub, she was making multiple subs at a time using veg patty/ meat same time. Really needs to trained her back.

  Five stars specifically for Teisha. Every time we go here we hope she's working because she makes the best subs out of anyone here.

  I've only visited location twice and both times I've walked in and they are arguing with customers over very petty things. Apparently the owner of this location will fire their staff if they toast the bread with any vegetables on it because it turns the inside of their toaster black.... Clearly it is the oil from the cheese that causes this. I tried to explain it professionally and the staff kept saying the owner will fire them and how they can't even use the toaster for themselves to make a sub. Owner is hostile to staff and staff are hostile to customers. Unfortunate cycle for a customer service food retail business but sheds light onto why the staff are like this.

  0very bad experience not only get told not cant put oinon on my sub before toasted because to hard on toaster but everyone of the subway else were do it than the fact the one girl wasnt following saft food handling that is taught to them since long hair not even in head band or hair net and than got the food and was dry as heĺl didnt even taste like it normally does wont be back to location
