  Great service and fresh ingredients every time I visit. The staff are always friendly, and my sandwich is made exactly the way I like it. A great place for a quick meal while shopping at Lynden Park Mall.

  Love this Subway! I worked in the mall as a teenager and young adult for many years and I always had great service from the owners. Now years later we bring our kids here whenever we're visiting the mall and they're just as friendly and welcoming as ever. It's always a great experience and the food is consistently fresh. Highly recommend!

  This was honestly the worst Subway experience I've ever had. We ordered 3 footlong subs (2 Veggie Patties and 1 Peri Peri Chicken) from the Subway at Lynden Mall around 8:15 PM on Monday.. July 27. There was a lady preparing and serving our order, and the quality was absolutely terrible. First of all, I specifically paid for EXTRA spinach and EXTRA crispy onions, but there was almost nothing in the sub. There were maybe 2 spinach leaves and a tiny pinch of crispy onions. I was also supposed to get red onions, but there were none at all. Not only did we not get the extra toppings, we didn't even get the normal amount that should come in a regular sub. Why charge extra for toppings if you're not going to put them in the sandwich? The bread was extremely dry and rubbery. It was actually difficult to chew. The veggie patty tasted old, not fresh at all, and the whole sub was flat with barely any vegetables inside. What made it even worse was the sauces. I ordered multiple sauces (around 6 different sauces), but there was practically nothing in the sandwich except what looked like one white sauce, maybe mayo. The sub was dry from end to end and had no flavor. The packaging was also poor. There wasn't even proper parchment paper wrapping around the sub, just the outer paper. For the amount of money we paid for 3 footlongs, this was completely unacceptable. The sandwiches looked rushed, poorly made, and nothing like what was ordered. I will be attaching pictures because the condition of the food speaks for itself. Very disappointing experience. If customers are paying for extra toppings and customizations, they should actually receive them. This order felt like a waste of money, and I seriously hope Subway improves its quality and customer service at this location.

  customer service is absolutely gnarly, they are very pushy with NO line ahead and don’t respond when spoken too.. i asked kindly for no cheese multiple times (i can’t eat cheese) and they placed it right on there as the person i am i didn’t say anything… there was one Woman who really stuck out in a bad way i cant remember her name but it was along the lines of “seema” rude….
