    Place has lost any semblance of good service. One person scheduled on a Sunday. 2 people. in front of me, 2 more behind me plus online orders. Hate to criticize the one employee but she moved with zero urgency.

    I had a very disappointing experience at this location. During my visit, I was given a water cup and directed to the beverage machine. When I attempted to select water, lemonade was dispensed instead. As someone who does not regularly use these machines, I was unfamiliar with how it operated. When I tried to explain the situation and asked for assistance, the staff member responded by accusing me of intentionally selecting the wrong option and raised her voice in front of other customers. I remained polite and apologized, but instead of offering help or clarification, she continued to speak to me in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. This interaction made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. When I later asked for her name in order to provide feedback, she avoided the request and went to the back. Customer service should be a priority in any business. Situations like this should be handled with patience and respect, especially when a customer is clearly trying to understand and resolve a simple issue. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that standard, and it has discouraged me from returning to this location.

    Ordered a piri piri “salad” bowl except it had barely the essence of vegetables, asides from the two soggy spinach leaves. Barely any chicken. And a slice of cheese. Was told my only option is to return to their location for an exchange because they cant make a new one without the old one (lol what). Then she proceeded to tell me that’s Subway policy all while i can hear the employee in the back who made the “salad” basically saying I’m lying. Have had similar order issues and condescending interactions with them in the past.

    Worst service! I order through app, give instructions on how I wanted the order to be prepared. They dont care on how it it mentioned in the instructions, less vegetables, not grilled . At least read the instructions. Bread was hard as rock. Please prepare the order properly.

    Absolutely horrible customer service! Always out of stock and produce that is there is frozen. We now go to another Subway in town due to one very ignorant employee.
