  I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered chicken nuggets, and when I bit into one, I realized it was not fully cooked inside. The inside was a very concerning colour, and it was clear that it was unsafe to eat. I have a weak immune system, so eating undercooked chicken is especially dangerous for me. This could have made me seriously ill. I immediately brought it back to show the employees, expecting an apology or at least some concern. Instead, they were very rude, dismissive, and acted like they didn’t care. It was also difficult to understand what they were saying because they were not speaking clearly, which made the situation even more frustrating. Serving undercooked chicken is a serious food safety issue, and the way this was handled was completely unacceptable. I left feeling upset, ignored, and disappointed. I will not be returning and hope management takes food safety and customer service much more seriously.
