I consistently order my brisket after work in the morning and the morning staff is always attentive with a warm and inviting demeanor. The brisket footlong I get is always delicious and the conversations I share with the staff are delightful, even if I'm complaining about the less reputable members of our community. I mean just look at all the scammers in these Google reviews trying to get free stuff from corporate. Perhaps a handful of them are legitimate as accidents do happen but the sheer volume of people complaining when i personally have never experienced anything close to what apparently happens on a very frequent basis and I've been living in this neighbourhood for 30 years, a patron of this particular establishment since they opened. Keep up the good work and don't let these crybaby liars get you down, you're doing wonderful. Much love and respect.

Its very disappointing to come in for the third time and be told I can’t order a meatball sub or a pizza sub because there isn’t any sauce or meatballs available. The staff is very polite but not being able to order my two favourite sandwiches the last three times Ive gone to this subway location is extremely disappointing.

The restaurant staff and very friendly. Especially the woman who opens at 7am. She always has a smile on her face which starts my day off in the right direction.
