  I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I just asked for a deal from Luvpreet and she said she said you find it yourself I don’t have time. I told her that I am a senior citizen and not tech savvy. Please guide me but she refused to help me. Not only that she was so rude. I just ask the owner to please tell your staff to serve your customers with little smile because you are serving food. I was very offended with her behaviour. I was leaving without a subway but I was hungry so I took one. But decided not to go there again.

  I'm a regular customer at the Vankirk Subway and I'm concerned about the lack of air conditioning. The store is consistently uncomfortably hot for both customers and employees. I urge you to address this issue immediately. If the AC isn't fixed, I will escalate this to the Ontario Worker Union and the Health and Safety Department of Ontario.

  Seriously one of the bad experience I had with subway for the all the time on this location, It was the peak time in the evening the there was literally one girl at the store everyday working and managing around 10 and online order as well customers at a single point of time. Very bad management by the owner. I just wanna say to the owner of the store that, If you wanna save that much money by cutting down the staff than better close the store and be at home.

  Hii subway i dont know how your workers are working i order from this subway everyday and its so hot and the AC is never working on this specific location on vankirk. I’m not pretty sure this is a franchise store or owned privately but the workers working inside are humans. At least have some basic humanity and fixed this air conditioner asap. Otherwise i will take some serious action with ontario worker union and with health and safety dept. of ontario. Please take it seriously.

  I visited this Subway recently, and the air conditioning was not working. I felt especially bad for the employees, who had to work in extremely hot conditions for hours. I also worried about whether the food was being kept at safe temperatures, since the heat could affect both staff comfort and food quality. This isn’t just uncomfortable—it could be a health and safety concern for both staff and customers. The employees remained polite and professional despite the heat, but management needs to fix the AC as soon as possible. Providing a safe and comfortable workplace should be a priority.
