  I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway. The staff member attending me, Aman, was not helpful when I asked to use the washroom. I was a paying customer who was there to purchase food, but I was denied access to the washroom. She told me that she has to clean the washroom at the end of her shift, so she would not allow me to use it and suggested I use one somewhere else. I understand that cleanliness is important, but the way this was handled felt very unwelcoming and not like proper customer service. I hope the management can look into this and improve the customer experience

  Poor customer service experience. Aman’s attitude was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the interaction. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, regardless of the situation. This experience left a very negative impression of the business, and I hope management takes steps to improve the level of professionalism shown to customers.

  I regularly visit this Subway location, and I always receive excellent service from Aman and Devinder. They are both very friendly, professional, and welcoming. They take the time to prepare orders carefully and always serve customers with a smile. Their positive attitude and great customer service make every visit enjoyable. It's clear that they care about their work and their customers. Thank you, Aman and Devinder, for consistently providing such a great experience. Keep up the excellent work!

  Without a doubt, the best Subway in Brampton! The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and always go above and beyond to provide excellent service. Every visit is a great experience—the sandwiches are made perfectly, the ingredients are fresh, and the restaurant is always clean and well-maintained.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a great experience at Subway thanks to Aman. He was courteous, attentive, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. My sandwich was made exactly the way I wanted, and he maintained a positive attitude throughout. It’s always nice to be served by someone who genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. Highly recommended!
