    Really liked this Subway location. Gurjeet was really nice and provided great service. Veggies were fresh, everything tasted good, and service was fast even during busy time.

    One of the worst Subway experiences I’ve had. I ordered 2 footlongs through the Subway app for pickup. When we got home and took the first bite, we immediately noticed there were barely any sauces in either sandwich. I had selected 4 different sauces, so naturally you’d expect the sandwiches to actually feel saucy. Instead, both were extremely dry. At first I even thought one of them had no cheese because of how dry it was, though later I realized there was a tiny amount inside. What made this more frustrating is that this wasn’t our first issue with this location. We had ordered from here before and there were problems with that order too, but we let it go and didn’t bother going back. Since this was now the second bad experience, we felt we had to address it. Especially considering I had even left a tip through the app, which honestly was not deserved based on the food quality and customer service we received. I called the store and they asked me to bring the order back so they could “check it out.” When I returned, the employees were incredibly rude and unprofessional. One employee aggressively opened up the sandwich and started arguing with me that there were sauces inside. Meanwhile, the so-called manager was yelling from the other side of the store during the entire conversation instead of calmly handling the situation. Completely unnecessary and very unprofessional behaviour. They kept insisting it was “company policy” to put all sauces directly onto the bread before adding vegetables. That explanation makes no sense because that’s clearly not how most Subway locations prepare sandwiches. Whatever tiny amount of sauce they added was completely absorbed into the bread, making the sandwiches dry and borderline inedible. For one sandwich, they agreed to add extra sauce after I pointed out the issue. The second sandwich had already been completely taken apart and handled while arguing with me, so I asked for it to simply be remade fresh. After repeatedly refusing, they finally agreed, but reused the chicken from the old sandwich instead of making a completely fresh one. That was unacceptable. To make matters worse, the vegetables were clearly not fresh. The lettuce was wilted and stale, and the spinach looked old as well. Terrible customer service, poor food quality, and staff who seemed far more interested in arguing than fixing a simple mistake. Definitely not returning to this location. Management seriously needs to train the staff on how to properly communicate with customers and handle complaints professionally. The way this situation was handled today was extremely disappointing.

    Had a great experience at the best Subway in the area. Manjot provided excellent customer service — very friendly, professional, and welcoming. She made the order perfectly and ensured everything was fresh and well prepared. Really appreciate her positive attitude and great service. Highly recommended!

    Very garbage food, low quality,no toppings ,no cheese, not even toasted. Worst quality of subway. Never going to this subway. Poor customer service and quality very very bad. No toppings and cheese Very rude behaviour. Franchise owner must talk to employees and traine them well for quality and service. Hope subway take strict actions towards this subway location.
