  Poor experience ordered total 3 steak and cheese footlongs, horrible dry and cardboard type meat texture, missing cheese and tomatoes despite order details specifying that. It was not great have ordered before from this location but this was a bad experience. Update: my wife an I ended up going back to report this we were offered two new subs freshly prepared since we had returned only two of the subs, which was fair but to begin with if this was done properly all this could have been avoided.

  the girl who works in night time did not prefrence to customer just prefrence to online orders first we are waiting from 15 minutes she said continuously 2 minutes just 2 minutes

  Opening hours said 24 hours. Arrived 8:30am on September 5, 2026 and the door was closed.I returned the same day at approximately 6:40 p.m. on my way to work and purchased a sandwich. The two girls apologized for the door being closed and explained that there may have been an issue with the door. One of them recognized me because I am a very regular customer. Based on my experience, the customer service at this location has always been good. The staff are generally friendly and accommodating, and I have had positive experiences here.

  Dilpreet didn’t make my order correctly and didn’t even put any sauce in my sub. This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. On top of that, her attitude and customer service were extremely unprofessional. I’ve never given anyone a negative review before, but unfortunately, this experience left me no choice.
