  I came here for dine-in and requested to use the washroom, but the staff refused and told me they do not open the washroom for anyone after 7 PM. I find this unacceptable, especially as a paying customer. I also believe this may be contrary to applicable regulations regarding customer access to washroom facilities. I would appreciate an explanation for this policy.

  Very nice place Clean and well organized Was severe by a lady JASHAN she was very nice and polite and knows what she was doing with my order . Thank you for the service will definitely come back more often .

  Unlike other subways restaurants, i was treated really nicely here. I believe her name was Jashandeep very kind and knowledgeable person, excellent service and makes it a very welcoming atmosphere. Alot of positive energy. Highly recommended

  I visit store today may 21 around 11:30 pm and order veg sandwich. Extremely disappointed with the customer service at this Subway location. After purchasing food, we asked the staff if we could simply wash our hands before eating. The worker Name Harman rudely refused, making an excuse that the washroom was closed because the store closed in 30 mins. After ended up I went to next door to Tim Hortons to clean up. Even though didn't buy anything there, Tim Hortons was happy to let us use their washroom. Subway owner definitely loose our customers.
