  We had visited July 26,2026 around 12:30 am Female south asian was beyond rude She has no customer service experience Owner does not care Staff member refused 2 times to add our sauces to our sandwhich TWO times she was disrespectful and we walked without any purchase. Ontop the staff member was coughing sick and serving customers after you order and pay staff says dining is closed when there is no sign showing the dining is closed fully says 24 hours. Owner is saving costs allowing sick people working just to make profit and violates all franchise polices. Staff is beyond rude. I have a video if any one wants to see it as well. Adding the sauce to our sandwhich after she refused was rude and serving us while sick how shameful of the owner. I have it on video this is a true review STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION*

  I just went to this location and got pathetic experience , I understand that homeless people sometimes come in and stay, but staff should have enough common sense to know the difference between a paying customer and someone who isn’t. I had just purchased three subs and was simply asking to use the washroom and they replied manger took keys to his home and cant use now. (Is that fair) Very disappointing customer service. Paying customers deserve better treatment.

  I visited around 10:40 PM today. The food was fine, but the customer service was disappointing. The girl who took our order did not smile, did not greet us, and did not suggest any menu items or combos. She seemed to serve us like a robot, without any friendliness or interaction. A simple smile and a welcoming attitude would make the customer experience much better.
