  Extremely rude staff, except for the very nice lady, Harpreet. Unfortunately, my experience with the other girl working Wednesday evening (August 26) was extremely disappointing. I placed my order online at 7:20 p.m., and it was not ready by the expected pickup time. When I asked about my order at 7:40 p.m., I was told that I had to wait until they finished serving their walk-in customers. In her exact words, “We give preference to walk-in customers,” which makes me wonder what the purpose of placing an online order in advance is. To make matters worse, I finally received my order at 7:56 p.m. It was only one footlong and one 6-inch sandwich. The bag was literally smashed onto the counter while she rolled her eyes at me. Nice customer service, right? I understand that restaurants can get busy, but there is absolutely no excuse for treating customers this way. Harpreet was the only staff member who was polite and pleasant. The other employee’s attitude was completely unacceptable and made the entire experience very frustrating. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the customer service issues with the staff.

  Excellent service from Nav! She prepared my sandwich with care and added the extra veggies and sauces I requested without hesitation. I really appreciated her recommendations for different sauce combinations too. Everything was fresh, well prepared, and exactly to my liking. Great customer service and a very positive experience!

  had a great experience at Subway, and I especially want to appreciate Ritika for her excellent customer service. She was very friendly, polite, and welcoming throughout my visit. She made sure my order was prepared exactly the way I wanted and was patient and helpful with everything. It’s always nice to meet someone who genuinely cares about customers and creates such a positive atmosphere. Great job, Ritika! Keep up the amazing work! 😊👏
