  Very rude staff , , asked for a cup to have medicine with water , refused rudely and very bad, never will come again, this staff need to be trained how to treat customer to turn into repeat customer.

  Don't order online or through app. I would say go there and then order through app and see them make it. I ordered three different subs and I got all three same with no numbering or anything written. No Jalopinos and no banana pappers in any subs. Not enough souce when I asked three souce in each. Very dry and bitter. Spoiled our dinner. I would give them 0 star if possible.

  Very disappointing customer service. The staff member serving me was very rude and unprofessional in her communication. I was also concerned to see that gloves were not changed before handling food. Proper food-handling and hygiene practices are very important, especially when preparing food for customers. Customers deserve to be treated respectfully and have their food handled according to proper hygiene standards. In addition, name was not displayed on name badge, making it difficult to identify the staff member when providing feedback about the experience.

  Just did order again to this location this time sub was okay but they have not send my drink.. after calling them the respond from girl was really disappointing she just said come now and pick up if I really want to pick up why should i spend 6$ for delivery.. worst service and attitude those girls giving this happened 3rd time … never visiting again..

  Very disappointing experience. They consistently mess up our orders. We ordered three different subs, including one for a child and two for adults. We specifically requested no tomatoes, no pickles, and no hot peppers, but they ignored the instructions and added all of them. On top of that, the amount of chicken was ridiculous. There were barely 4 small pieces of chicken in a footlong. Even in the adult subs, we could hardly find any chicken. For the price we paid, this was completely unacceptable. We asked to speak with the manager, but as usual, we were told “there’s no manager.” This is extremely frustrating, especially when the same issues keep happening. Overall, a very poor experience. The orders are consistently incorrect, the portions are disappointing, and there seems to be no one available to take responsibility. Definitely not worth the money.
