    i wont give them even one star serive was okay but the girl she putt too much sauces in the sandwich they may be not trained for food and also when i complaint over the call she not even once said sorry keep on arguing it ruined my mood and my friday evening. so i will not visit again

    I made a huge mistake visiting this location without checking the reviews beforehand. Now I understand why the rating is around 3 stars. I placed an order on 04th June 2026 and I would like to share my experience. Very disappointing experience. I clearly requested specific toppings only on half of one footlong for my 4-year-old, but the instructions were completely ignored and unwanted toppings were added. When I contacted the store, they denied the mistake instead of taking responsibility. Because of this, my child couldn’t eat the sandwich at all. Extremely poor customer service and not friendly at all. I wish I could give a negative rating. I would never visit this location again and would not recommend it to anyone.

    Have had Great experiences at many Subway locations unfortunately this is not one of them. Is the most convenient location for me but choose to no longer go here because Both the owner and staff are absolutely horrible. Have made made many requests to speak with the owner over the years .... still waiting never received a call. They don't care so why should eye. If you enjoy Subway just go to another location you will be much happier

    Ordered veggie bowl but the topping were missing. Skipping on topping was not big concern mistakes do happens but showing unnecessary attitude on phone when called to inform about it. Lady on call was so rude seems unhappy with her job. You have messed up someone’s dinner atleast apologise for it . We have paid for our food it wasn’t free. Please do learn some customer service before serving customers. Never ever ordering from this location

    Who ever work in this location you should change your attitude otherwise I will literally post your picture here & send it to cooperate!! You are not giving me free food! I’m paying to get the food show your attitude to your family or friends not me or the customers who coming to buy the food! Who you think you are really?! Absolutely terrible customer service. The staff were very unwelcoming, rude, & acted like they did not care about customers at all. One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Subway location. There was barely any chicken left when they were making my sub, & instead of using the fresh batch they brought out right after, they still used the tiny leftover portion for my order. The portion size was extremely small, & when I mentioned it, the employee completely ignored my concern & showed no effort to fix it. I was very hungry, otherwise I would have walked out without ordering. The overall attitude, service, & food preparation were disappointing. I will never return to this location again. Management seriously needs to improve customer service and staff attitude.
