  We used this Subway location because it happens to be near a venue we were hosting at. The location is smaller than some others with just about 5 tables and the vibe is typical. We were served by Pooja who was the only employee on shift and we were extremely impressed with the friendly, professional and efficient service she provided. She assisted us in selecting the right mix of sandwiches to serve for the event and was very patient throughout the process although she was dealing with several customers at the same time singlehanded. The food and ambience is what expected of a Subway but the service was impeccable.

  Very disappointing customer service. After my order was entered and I had already paid, I politely asked if my order could be changed to a combo. The employee told me she couldn’t do it because she only works there one day a week and doesn’t have the authority to modify or re-enter orders. As someone who has worked in restaurants, I know that if an employee doesn’t have the authority, they can ask a supervisor or manager for help. Instead, she said cancelling and re-entering the order would be “too much” for her. Working only one day a week is not a valid reason to refuse to help a customer. The issue wasn’t the combo—it was the poor customer service and the unwillingness to find a solution or ask someone who could help. Very disappointing experience.

  I had a wonderful experience at Subway this morning (Saturday), thanks to Dilpreet. She was incredibly friendly, polite, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She took the time to prepare my sub exactly the way I wanted, and it turned out absolutely delicious. Her positive attitude, excellent customer service, and attention to detail made my visit truly enjoyable. Employees like Dilpreet make a big difference and are a great asset to the team.
