  Just had my order picked up. Sub was not at all filled with protein. It was so less. Well, then why you taking full money? ….This was first time ordering from this location and terrible experience!!!

  Very disappointing experience at Subway. I politely asked for some extra sauce, but the employee kept adding excessive amounts despite my request. On top of that, her attitude was rude and unprofessional. A simple order shouldn't turn into an unpleasant interaction. I hope management addresses customer service and staff training.

  ☆☆☆☆☆ (Wish I could give negative stars!) Awful experience. Visited on June 4, 2026, around 11:30 PM and ordered three footlong subs: * 2 Honey Chicken subs (same toppings) * 1 Meatball sub The employee completely messed up our order. The two chicken subs were supposed to have fewer banana peppers, while the meatball sub was supposed to have more. Somehow, she did the exact opposite. I didn’t make a big deal out of it and simply asked if she could add more banana peppers to the meatball sub. What really ruined the experience was the meatball sub. It was supposed to have Piri Piri and Nashville Hot sauce, but instead she added Sweet Onion Teriyaki and Honey Mustard because those sauces were on the other two subs. When we pointed out the mistake, she seemed completely unbothered. She tried scraping off the sauce, but by then it had already soaked into the bread and mixed with the vegetables. We politely asked for the sub to be remade, but she refused and kept insisting that removing the sauce was enough. There was no apology, no attempt to fix the issue properly, and no concern about customer satisfaction. To make matters worse, the wrapping was done so poorly that one end of the 2 subs was left open. When I took it out of the bag, it was already falling apart. She had to take it back and wrap it again. The excessive sauce and poor wrapping left the sub soggy and messy. Both the meatball and chicken subs ended up being a disappointing experience. Note: i had to fix the subway before I clicked picture! The filling literally fell outside and it was merely nothing in between bread. Poor service, poor attention to detail, and poor customer care. Definitely not coming back.

  Wouldn’t recommend, the lady is not helpful when I politely asked for her if she could help me with getting the proposed deal and then she was rude. Also the meatballs were uncooked properly had no flavour and the bread was soggy !
