Bit surprised with some of the negative reviews. I've been here a few times and can say I have always received great, friendly service from every staff member I've encountered. I also walk in and greet them and they reciprocate with a smile back. Think alot of the complaints are from people that walk in with a sour face and bad attitude. Don't expect to get good service by treating someone like dirt. Not the foundation Canada was built on. Respect and dignity work both ways. That being said, my subs have always been exactly how I'd like them and can say the toppings are always fresh and store is clean. Keep up the good work.

Frequent here for lunch, always busy (which is good!) This past Monday I was in, and the two staff working were so friendly, they handled the locals with a smile. It was nice to see.

First time ever saw that scoop is not used to measure the tuna for my sandwich. The girl used knife to put tuna on my sandwich. She didn’t care how she placed the cheese on the sandwich and I was seeing so took the picture. I placed mobile order and I was there, I asked for that I am dining in and instead of serving the sandwiches on trays, she still packed it as take away.
