I visited this Subway location near Main St and Queen St in Brampton on Sunday, June 21 around 4:00 PM, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.
The location was not busy at the time, yet the two staff members working there were very unprofessional, inconsiderate, and lacked basic communication. The service felt careless and frustrating, especially considering there was no rush or heavy lineup.
As a customer, I expect basic courtesy, clear communication, and some level of attentiveness. Unfortunately, that was missing during my visit. This kind of experience reflects poorly on the location, and management should seriously look into staff training and customer service standards.
Based on this experience, I would be hesitant to return to this location.

I order food on uber eats on Saturday May 30th after working a 10 hour shift for pickup; to the wrong location. The was the worst mistake ordering at this location. When I came in they had attitude with me before I even let them know why I was there. When I arrived home I realized I only receive half of my order. So I called the store to let them know half of my order was missing. Then I was hung up on before trying to come up with a solution. I called back a few times and was hung up on multiple times. If you don’t like your job don’t do it. SMH the worst experience I’ve ever had. I was offered a remake. However, I will not EVER be returning here.
This store uses old, stale bread from the previous day for morning Delivery orders, very unprofessional, disrespectful and absolutely ridiculous when you're paying a premium for food to be delivered, bordering on a scam. They also told me I could use a coupon the other day when I was in-store, examining it and giving it a thumbs up, only to tell me later on when my sandwich was made and I was ready to pay, that I couldn't use it, and had to pay for my sub at full price. Worst subway I've had the unfortunate experience of dealing with. This franchise owner needs to step up!
UPDATE: I've stopped eating here entirely, I suggest everyone avoids this Subway, absolutely embarrassing performance from the franchisee.

Went to Subway with Jaspreet & Harpreet and had a great experience.
The sandwiches were fresh, everything was made properly, and the ingredients tasted really good. Jaspreet went all out with the toppings, Harpreet kept it simple, and both turned out.
What really stood out was the service, the staff were super friendly, patient, and made the whole experience better. It didn’t feel rushed at all.
Overall, quick, fresh, and great customer service. Definitely a spot we’ll be going back to.
