  Terrible customer service. I politely asked for soft bread and got a very rude response: “All the bread is soft.” After paying for my food, I asked to use the washroom and was told it’s closed after 12 AM. If you want to stay open and take customers’ money after midnight, then provide basic customer facilities and treat people with respect. Otherwise, why not close the restaurant after 12 as well? Very disappointing experience. Never coming back to this location.

  I usually love Subway, and the location near my house always makes fresh, well-wrapped, and generous sandwiches. Unfortunately, this location fails to meet even basic standards. The ingredients here looked tired, the bread was flat and stale, and the staff seemed completely untrained. My sandwich was thrown together with virtually no care—half the toppings fell out in the wrapper, and it was so skimpy it looked like a kids' meal. I know how good Subway can be when it's done right, but this specific spot is night and day compared to other branches. Save your money and drive the extra five minutes to a different location—this one isn't worth it.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ripanjot made my sandwich very delicious, fresh, and exactly the way I wanted it. Great service, and excellent food.

  I have been a regular customer at this Subway location and have never had any issues until today. Unfortunately, today's customer service was very disappointing. When I walked in, there was no greeting, no eye contact, and no smile. I felt completely ignored. The most frustrating part was during payment. I was paying with cash, and the employee immediately told me they didn't have enough change without even checking the cash drawer. After checking, it turned out there was enough change after all. It's also concerning if a business genuinely doesn't have sufficient change available for cash-paying customers. Either way, this experience was unprofessional and not what I expect from a store I have supported regularly. Sadly, this experience has made me decide to take my business elsewhere and change to a different Subway location. I hope management addresses the customer service at this store, because a simple greeting, respectful interaction, and proper handling of cash transactions make a big difference.
