  I have been a regular customer at this Subway location and have never had any issues until today. Unfortunately, today's customer service was very disappointing. When I walked in, there was no greeting, no eye contact, and no smile. I felt completely ignored. The most frustrating part was during payment. I was paying with cash, and the employee immediately told me they didn't have enough change without even checking the cash drawer. After checking, it turned out there was enough change after all. It's also concerning if a business genuinely doesn't have sufficient change available for cash-paying customers. Either way, this experience was unprofessional and not what I expect from a store I have supported regularly. Sadly, this experience has made me decide to take my business elsewhere and change to a different Subway location. I hope management addresses the customer service at this store, because a simple greeting, respectful interaction, and proper handling of cash transactions make a big difference.

  Haven't been to subway in years. The steak and bacon was great!! Thank you. Only down side was the woman working there at the time. She seemed irritated with my prescence but maybe she was just tired 😬 I went early for breakfast

  I was at this location today and the girl by the Manmeet was so rude. The girl by the name of Kamalpreet was so nice and kind. I advised the other girl that I want extra veggies and she advised that I had already put extra veggies and then I advised her that I do not want the sub instead of treating the customers with a good attitude she had such a bad attitude and said it's okay if you don't want the sub. Then I had to tell Kamalpreet to make by 4 subs. If you ever to go this location and if Kamalpreet is there always advise her to make your food because she made the subs with a positive and kind attitude. I am a regular customer at this location but I think I will think twice before going now and if Manmeet will be there I will definitely be walking out.
