  I really wanted to take a moment to share the heartwarming experience, I had at this subway. The other night, I experienced a car accident. After the traumatic event, i made an online order to the wrong location. Which resulted in me not being able to pick up my sandwich that same day. I called and explained my situation and I was met with so much understanding and kindness. The lady at night told me, i can come pick up a freshly made sandwich in the morning. The employee the next morning was very pleasant, delightful, and sympathetic towards me. Even though the gesture may seem small, this act of kindness meant a lot to me. I really wish i could have got there names. Being able to show kindness and sympathy is such a beautiful trait, and this definitely made an impact on me. Thank you again <3.

  The subway here is one of the best service I’ve ever seen compared to others. The Indian guys who was working the shift there was really kind and friendly. Great job team!

  I been going to this subway my whole entire life 25+ years but recently they have been a disgrace. This subway is going downhill big time.

  Didn't say a word except to tell me the price. I asked for lots of cucumbers and onions - apparently he didn't understand what "lots" means. My multi grain bread is hard/stale. REALLY, REALLY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NOT 🚫 BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION. They've disappointed me for the last time. Shameful and a waste of money.

  Worst experience ever. The subway closes at 11pm and the male staff said it’s closed at 10:12 pm only. I requested him to prepare my order as there was still 45 minutes left for the store to close. But the attitude was so rude and service was so poor. Worst experience ever. Staff doesn’t know how to deal with customers. Never gonna visit this store again.
