  We visited Mucho Burrito and had a wonderful experience. The food was fresh, flavorful, and prepared exactly the way we liked it. I especially enjoyed the burrito—it was generously filled, perfectly seasoned, and very satisfying. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the variety of toppings allowed us to customize our meal just the way we wanted. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The portion sizes were excellent for the price, making it a great value as well. Overall, it was a delicious meal and a pleasant experience for the whole family. We will definitely be coming back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a fresh and tasty Mexican-inspired meal.

  Very disappointing experience at Mucho Burrito. I ordered a regular chicken burrito expecting an actual chicken burrito, but almost every bite was just a mouthful of rice. There was an excessive amount of rice compared to everything else. I kept eating hoping I would finally get some chicken, but it barely had any. I eventually opened the burrito to check, and throughout the entire burrito I could only find about 5–7 small pieces of chicken in a $12 “chicken” burrito. That amount of protein for the price is absolutely unacceptable. I have been a customer since this location first opened, and back then the quality was much better. Unfortunately, over the past year or so, the quality has clearly gone downhill. To make matters worse, the burrito itself was not even grilled properly. It was soggy, falling apart from the middle, and the fillings kept spilling out while trying to eat it. Between the poor preparation and the almost non-existent amount of chicken, the whole thing was a mess. I was so disappointed that I ended up throwing the entire burrito out. What’s even more telling is if you look through the reviews from the past year, many customers are saying the exact same thing; declining quality, excessive rice, smaller portions of protein, and inconsistent food preparation. It’s unfortunate because this place used to be much better when they first opened. Long-time customers notice when standards drop, and sadly this location is not what it used to be anymore.

  Excellent Service. Came here Friday evening, both the gentleman and the lady at the counter were polite and greeted us well. Quessedillas were fantastic! Will come back!

  Stopped by to use the bathroom my son was going to order from there as I just got out of hospital and the girl working was so rude when I asked to use the washroom she automatically was like no miss!! I was like are u kidding and she was like no so I told my son we will order elsewhere we refuse to order from rude or judgemental people and this girl was so rude and completely judgemental as I'm extremely sick and unfortunately look sick but it's not contagious amd that was humiliating and just cruel. U don't know everyone's background
